Bernhard van Lengerich Research Award 2020 for Dr.-Ing. Vojislav Jovicic
In the frame of the 49th Scientific Information Conference of the Berlin-Brandenburg Society for Cereal Research in Berlin, the Bernhard van Lengerich Research Award for outstanding achievements and innovative research activities done by young scientists in the field of food science was awarded to Dr.-Ing. Vojislav Jovicic for his dissertation “A novel, resource-efficient baking oven technology with product-adaptable thermal radiation and modulation dynamic”.

The research prize was awarded for the 8th time. The founder, Prof. Bernhard van Lengerich took part in the ceremony for the first time. The laudation was given by Prof. em. Dr. Dr. e.h.
Friedrich Meuser, who also handed over the award certificate to Dr. Jovicic.
Prof. Bernhard van Lengerich donated the Bernhard van Lengerich Research Award for outstanding achievements in the field of cereal science in 2012 on his 60th birthday. Since then the Berlin-Brandenburg Society for Cerial Research e. V. (https://www.getreideforschung.de/home) awards this research price every year.
